Below is a rate chart indicating the Preferred, Select and Standard rate classes made available to GVUL participants. Once approved your Preferred Status will last for a 20 year period. If approved for Select Status for a 10 year period.
At the expiration of approval periods, you must submit satisfactory evidence of insurability to Prudential to requalify for the Preferred or Select rate classes.
